Am I violating any city codes?

1297666830 11 Am I violating any city codes? SOmeone had called the city on my neighbor and she was fined because her yard was practically a garbage dump. Now she is threatening to call the city on us. We just moved in so there are a few things on the porch I havent found a place for yet. I dont have trash out there, just the swings that go to my swing set, plastic chairs, mini trampoline, bikes, a garden waterfall fountain that hasnt been set up yet, a sandbox. On the porch I have the back seats to my van, wood that we are using for our remodel neatly placed, my aquarium. Am I breaking any city code ordinances? Like I said there is no trash in my yard. The weather has slowed me down recently with getting things in order.For your information, I was not the one who called. I didnt even live here then, WE JUST MOVED IN HERE! The stuff in the yard is in the backyard which she can see from her yard. You cant see the stuff on the porch because the shrubs lining the porch shields them but she can see from her house next door. I never did anything to her nor have I ever met her, I heard thru my landlord what she was planning and about the city being called on her (which was my landlord who called) My yard is not a landfill I just have some things that are not setup yet like my swing set and fountain.I dont have a garage.
